Coaching: Epiph Partners specializes in customized programs focusing on emerging leaders. The targeted areas include leadership skills, performance management, team development, effective communications, career and job transition, and new position assimilation.
Helen Morris, a Columbia University Certified Executive Coach, has more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience in a diverse spectrum of industries ranging from banking, chemical, technology and financial and professional services, she has provided advisory services to major corporations including ARAMARK, Merrill Lynch, and Rhone Poulenc. Her clients have included a broad range of professionals in many disciplines including sales and marketing, technology, finance and accounting, legal and operations. In addition to her HR experience, Helen has also held positions in technology, business management and customer services.

Helen earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and is certified to deliver a variety of assessment tools including Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI), PDI 360º Profilor, and is Myers Briggs qualified.
